How do I Buy & Pay for Something ?

We wish to make it easy and safe for you to deal with us so simply follow the steps below:

Step 1:	Contact us with details of what you require and for what purpose.
Step 2:	Once we have consulted with you to make sure you get the right product for your particular purpose, you can drop in or visit or we can arrange payment by credit card via phone or fax. We accept all major credit cards.

What about delivery & freight charges ?

Once we have verified payment we will arrange for delivery of the goods to your physical address. Delivery charges will depend on the weight of products and where you are located. These will be included on your invoice.

You delivery date will depend on where we have to ship your products to we will let you know exactly when you can expect delivery of goods..

We will take full responsibility for loss or damage on products ordered before you have received it.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include NZ Goods & Services Tax (GST) (unless otherwise stated).

If you are outside New Zealand, GST is generally not payable so to calculate your price simply divide the displayed price by 9 then multiply by 8. So if $112.50 is displayed, your price would be $112.5/9x8= $100.00.

Our Guarantee & Returns Policy

We guarantee the quality of everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product purchased, in most cases we will be more than happy to arrange for exchange or refund so we urge you to contact us immediately.

Returns & Shipping Costs

For items returned you will be refunded the original cost of the products. Please note that the shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
